HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO GET TO ME? 

  • Once you receive your shipping confirmation email allow 15-39 days for delivery and the final delivery will be made by USPS to your mailbox or doorstep. We have many fulfillment centers around the world to ensure your products get delivered to you as quickly as possible.  

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

  • We currently ship everywhere in the US and the rest of the World.
  • Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders! (Except on FREE Promotion items.)
  • US orders will leave the warehouse within 24 Hours and arrive in your pup’s paws within 2-6 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse depending on the popularity of the item you have chosen. International orders will take approximately 20-40 days.
  • If we are unable to ship out to your pup at the current moment, keep your ears perked because hopefully one day we are able to ship out to you and your lucky pup!

 

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT? 

Kindly click on the Green Tab on the Bottom Right of your screen, we usually reply within 24hrs 

 

WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

  • An order can be shipped separately if one of the items is back-ordered or shipping from a different warehouse.
  • Not to worry though, they typically arrive separately within a few days of each other! If you do not receive the remainder of your order within 5-7 business days, 

 

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM? 

Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION? 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add ________________ to your safe sender list.

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website if you have created one.

 

MY ORDER STATUS IS SAYING "UNFULFILLED" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? 

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order request! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
